Professional and compassionate, very knowledgeable about medication and does not overmedicate, Skilled therapist with lots of life experience and I really felt understood. Held the space for me didn't judge me, so I felt safe and could make changes.

Dr.Nina was not afraid to go to deep dark places with me where I felt shame and helped me let go and forgive and move on. Also good at grief counseling and conservative wt medication.

For the first time in my life I really felt heard and seen which was very healing and helped me unlock creative blocks and get unstuck in my relationships.

I must say that my first experience has been outstanding. She seems to be very thorough and knowledgeable, but able to communicate at any level to help someone. She is kind, but knows how to start digging at the problem when needed so it can be addressed. If youre looking for a life coach and need someone who will take an honest concern in your wellbeing, she is the one to see. She has a huge amount of experience in the field and knows what she is doing.

Dr. Nina helped me thru a rough patch of identity crisis and re-inventing myself. She is a very present and compassionate guide, expert in tailor-making pharmacology and sometimes under-medicates. Her humor and insights helped me get things in perspective and free me of past demons.

Dr. Nina works with me to manage my illness and to help me integrate my treatment with my family and lifestyle. She helps me create solutions and stay focused on the quality of my life. She gives me the tools and shows me how to use them, but ultimately it is up to me to take the recommended actions. When I follow her instructions, I'm better....and when I don't, I don't. Seems pretty simple and it works for me.
