Dr. Ninel Kandel, MD

My experience with Dr Kandel is not to recommend her services and find another doctor that you will be satisfied than wasting your time and money like I did. She is not empathic, dropped the ball on following up on paperwork for work required on time to be completed. Stated too many tests than to figure out what was needed first, felt like making money on test than trying find the issues at hand. I did contact customer relations and BBB.

Dr. Kandel was not professional and did not want to talk thru diagnosis any of my questions I had, felt very uncomfortable and rushed through my appointment she was late already for while I waited my turn. Dr Kandel ordered excessive tests not necessary. Dr Kandel lacks empathy and instead of saying she does not know an answer she deflects negative feedback to her patients. Save your time and go elsewhere to be treated with respect.

Dr Kandel is one of the most kind caring doctors I have encountered. She is an excellent listener and never rushes you when you are telling her anything. She is very thorough and orders any tests needed to ensure an accurate diagnosis.

Dr. Kandel is one of the nicest and caring doctor. She showed concern of my problems. Knowlegable.... She is a trusted physian and I would highly recomended her to all ! Thank you doctor Adelija

I don’t know why they make an appointment for a specific time, if not even trying to comply with appointment time. Or warn patients be late for at least an hour

I LOVE DR KANDEL , SHE IS ALWAYS THERE TO HELP WITH OUR NEEDS. SHE CALLS US TO FIND OUT HOW WE ARE DOING, ALWAYS FOLLOWS THROUGH. VERY CARING AND COMPASSIONATE DR. I RECOMMEND HER.

Dr. Kandel is very knowlegable when it comes to the care of her patients. She takes time in researching and pretesting for symptoms prior to making hasty decisions of prescribing medications or surgical procedures. She always takes the time to explain and make sure that you have understood her plan of treatment. I value her expertise, and am grateful that she is my physician.

She spent time with us, knowledgeable, answered our questions, showed concern. We highly recommend her.

Physician is a good listener, respectful, knowledgeable. On the other hand, the office consistently runs LATE.

Dr. Kandel is a very good doctor. She will more than likely find the root to whatever your aliment may be. On the flip side, I believe that she cares when the patient is in her office which equals billing of some kind. However ,if you call her office on the phone. The likelihood of getting a return call within 48 hours is slim. If you are in need of your prescription being filled or calling in to request medicines that you have used before... you may have to wait a week for a reply. When she does reply the answer is to come in ( there goes another co-pay or billing of some sort. I would like it to be as easy to get things done as it is to bill my insurance company. I know that billing is important but being a doctor who can navigate without having a patient to come in for something really simple is important to those who work. Also her hours of operations are not feasible for those who work late and cannot get to her office on Tuesday.
