Wait for ever for X-ray results. Receptionist is rude.

Dr. Nassif has been my physician for as long as I can remember. I even moved quite a distance away and still prefer to make the hour drive because she is a fantastic listener; she treats me patients with the utmost dignity, she is very thorough and professional. I try to remember to call ahead because she does run behind schedule - I don't mind because I know she's is taking the time to listen to her patients and provide the fantastic care she does. I prefer a doctor who takes time to listen than to one who is watching the clock. Dr. Nassif has always been correct in her diagnosis and I wish there were more doctors with her common sense and sense of humor. She is kind, intelligent and delightful. : A hard find in today's medical world.

Dr. and staff made an error by sending a Rx to the wrong pharmacy, admitted the mistake, and refused to remedy the error when asked to pay the cost of their mistake. This pharmacy was not authorized by the patient.

The Dr. is great, her office staff not so much. I called with a description of my pain. The receptionist didn't understand, had the nurse call me. We talked about the discomfort and she told me she would run it past the doctor. A test was ordered that was unnecessary and had nothing to do with the problem I was having. Called the office again, and receptionist is adamant I called with a different problem! Wish she would get staff that understands what you tell them, and not take half hearted notes. Wasted money on a test that was not needed.

Dr Nassif has been my doctor, as well as my mother's doctor for 20+ years, and I can't think of anyone I would choose for our health care needs for the following reasons: She is a careful listener; she is open to alternative or homeopathic medicine; she treats her patients with the utmost dignity, and she is very thorough and professional.Prior to my appointment time, I always call ahead and ask if she is running behind so I can adjust my schedule. I much prefer a doctor who takes time to listen than to one who is watching the clock. Dr. Nassif has always been correct in her diagnosis and I wish there were more doctors with her common sense and sense of humor. I was very upset by the long waits and misdiagnosis that I had with Dr. Nassif. I wound up in the ER twice as a result of improper care under her watch while trying to get into another internal medicine doctor that treated me correctly within five minutes of seeing me.
