Dr. Ninh Tuan Nguyen, MD

One of the most arrogant, condescending and insulting doctors I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. I am quite honestly at a loss for words as I attempt to write this review. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone, let alone a person to whom I am to entrust a life.

Caring and compassionate surgeon with excellent skill

I was fortunate to have Dr Nguyen as my surgeon. He is amazing and so very caring. My life is so much better after my surgeries and I will always be so grateful to Dr Nguyen!

After Dr. Nguyen told my father in law that he had gastic cancer (which would require removal of his entire stomach), he asked what questions we had (which weren't many as we were in shock). He left the room and in paraded his team of clinical nurses, social workers and dietary specialists, which was amazing, but that alone wasn't the truly amazing part. Forty-five minutes later, after the shock started to wear off, Dr. Nguyen came back and said, "Okay. Now, what questions do you have for me." Have you ever heard of a Physician doing something so considerate, much less a world renowned, award winning Surgeon? We were amazed. We later learned that Surgeons are sent to train under Dr. Nguyen from all over the world, but we never would have known it based on his demeanor; He was confident, but without a shred of arrogance and explained everything to us in language we all easily understood. Dr. Nguyen and his team's "bedside manner" went so far beyond our expectations that it would take… pages to detail it from pre-op to after-care. If you are lucky enough to have Dr. Nguyen as your surgeon, you are not good hands - I believe you are in the best hands you could be in.
