I got Botox injections from this doctor for a while, but I had to stop because she would not increase the dosage after I expressed for months that the amount was not effective in helping my tremors at all. I sought treatment elsewhere and am now getting three times the amount of Botox that she gave me and I didn’t have to fight with my doctor to get it because she understood that I needed more and actually listened! This doctor should not be practicing because she lacks compassion and empathy. During the time I saw her, I was in recovery for an eating disorder. This was well-documented in my chart and I always told the nurse that I couldn’t know my weight because I was in recovery, so Dr. Kartha was well aware of this. On one occasion, she had me walk to observe my gait. I noticed I was unsteady during the walk and asked her if that was normal and she told me that is was probably because I was carrying a lot of weight in my middle (stomach). This one comment caused a complete… relapse in eating disorder behaviors that took years to rid myself of. She is the worst doctor I have ever seen and I can’t believe it took me 4 years to seek help from another doctor. She is ineffective in her work and extremely rude!

This doctor should not be practicing medicine. She has lack of compassion and doesn’t listen. She called me stupid and was very unkind. I would not recommend her and seek medical care elsewhere.

Dr. Ninith Kartha appeared to lack compassion and seemed to be in a rush. She wrote me a referral to get an EMG with someone who’s booked two months out and she told me that she did not want me to go to anyone else but this referral. My hands and feet are cold and numb and I have to wait two months before getting a nerve test? She didn’t seem interested in anything I had to say and lacked compassion. I left feeling even more sad and afraid.

Dr. Kartha has done the botox injections I get every three months for my migraine for the past three years. I'm not talking about two or three shots to bolster one's ego here. Definitely not. This involves over thirty injections in my head and neck. It's not any fun, but Dr. Kartha does a great job making it as quick as possible with as little pain as can be managed. We've worked out a routine that works well for me, and that's what she does every time. She's got a great bedside manner, and is always friendly and professional. I can't even imagine letting someone else do the injections.

She acted like I was stupid and was not open minded about treatment options. She wanted me to go to four other doctors as if she didn't know what to do to help me.
