DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR. HIS PRACTICE IS A SCAM. HIS SECRETARY DOESN'T FOLLOW UP WITH YOU AND YOU HAVE TO CHASE DOWN THE BILLER (OFFICE MANAGER/DR'S WIFE) TO DISCUSS THE RIDICULOUS BILL THEY CHARGE YOU FOR DOING NOTHING. Yes, the doctor did nothing for me. He saw me then his secretary did not set up the test like she was supposed to then they billed me for $250! I had to call them 4 times to chase down the office manager and she yelled at me over and over and kept screaming at me and talking over me saying it was a standard charge even though they did nothing for me nor bothered to call me to follow up. They just want your money, they don't care about their patients. No wonder it was so easy to set up an appointment in the first place where other offices had a 2-4 week waiting period. Horrible staff!

Dr. Bansokta is a really good guy and a very good endocrinologist. He cares & tried to help accurately diagnosis & treat health problems. His staff is really friendly & helpful, so pleasant. Dr. Ban slots is pretty funny too, very good bedside manner... I recommend him highly.

I love this doctor. He listens, takes an interest in me, and had answers no other doctor could figure out. He takes good notes, and ponders things I say. And he has an awesome phlebotomist in the office. It has never hurt when she takes blood. I recommend him and his office to my friends.

He is a brilliant physician and has a way of looking at "the whole picture" in a way that most doctors don't. He is an incredibly kind man and he listens! I have seen him for over 15 years, and I have recommended him to so many people he has helped. If you think you have an endo issue, he will sort you out! I really adore this man! :) I have. Ever had a bad experience in his office.
