I have never met a doctor with such poor bedside manner. The visit went well and they did a papp smear. A week or two later I received a letter on the weekend saying that my papp showed evidence of the HPV virus and even though the letter said that many people who test positive and retake the test after 1 year, their body fights it and it is negative. It was still concerning me since HPV can lead to cancer. So, I did the natural thing which was to call her office to ask the doctor for more info. I also didn't know if this could be spread to any sex partners and what to tell them about this diagnosis. Dr. Bhat was agitated that I was bothering her and told me that she didn't know why I was even calling since she had sent me the letter. God, I've never met a doctor with such a lack of sensitivity and people skills as her. I am not going back for sure.
