Dr. Jacob saved my live I believe I would not be here today if I had not listened to her and took her advice to go see my cardiologist, I had a triple heart bypass surgery. Thank you Dr. Jacob!!!

I was on my way to looking for a new Doctor. I have been seen at this office for around 20 years and my Mother for longer than that With Dr. Valdes. I was disappointed to see Dr. Jessica Wilson-Chan leave. Dr. Jacobs seems to be Bi/polar or some mood issues. I never knew what mood she was going to be in when I came in to my appointment. Or she had something on the back burner and was to Busy with that to totally focus on patients. Hopefully the New Doctors and Physicians assistant will be better. And have a better line of communication than Dr. Jacobs did. She had the personality and bedside manner of a WET MOP !

A few weeks ago I had an appointment with dr Jacob. At the end of my appointment she asked if there was anything wrong or any complaints about anything. In passing I mentioned that my eye was bothering me and that I couldn't see but that I had called my ophthalmologist and was gonna see him next month. She almost screamed at me and asked why I hadnt called her when it happened. She immediately called my eye doctor and demanded that I be seen right away. Long story short a week later I underwent eye surgery. I learned that had dr Jacob not acted immediately and cared as she did I might have lost vision in my left eye. There is no amount of money or words that can begin to express how much me and my family appreciate the fact that dr Jacob acted with such urgency and cared as much as she did. She is everything a true doctor should be and more. Thank God for dr Jacob.

The only reason I’m willing to put ‘one star’ is because of how excellent the staff were. When it comes to Dr. Jacobs, she was rude, impatient, and in my opinion- had no idea what she was talking about. Getting a new physician ASAP!
