Dr. Nirmolrattan Kaur Chandhoke

I entered BED STUY DENTAL ARTS with my MEDICARE PLAN and I was told by the office assistant Cindy this is not a plan for dental this is a medical plan. I said to Cindy did you look behind the card where it says DENTAL. She turns the card and I Saw the embrassment in her face. As The morning proceed the dentist is late as always, I'm given a 10:30am appointment, placed in the chair 10:35am staring at the walls till 11:50am when Nirmolrattan Chandhoke who called & confirm my appoint for 10:30am shows up with a stink attitude, talking about she thought was a routine oral check and a filling her husband put on that keeps falling out my mouth & this is the main reason am at BED STUY DENTAL ARTS but this Nirmolrattan is late & disrespectful. Nirmolrattan states she will fill the teeth for the last time & I have to pay her $800.00 to put a crown but my MEDICARE PLAN STATES PIROR AUTHORIZATION is needed, so she most likely thought I did not read my plan and this elderly brain don't work but… you were wrong a BIG THIEF, YES YOU ARE A THIEF. I contacted my insurance & CENTER FOR MEDICARE & I filed a quality of care complain and I began getting a series of harassing calls from two indain men at my house, I took the number and tape to the local police. I have never received such calls at my home from indians. I found a great dentist in Brooklyn Heights and he filled my teeth, the filling never fall out and he got so many other cavities in my mouth that shocked me that he asked me what was the dentist name I was seeing. You & your husband are Evil but God protected me. I am writing this review for people to know that Bed STUY DENTAL ARTS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE.
