I have had not so good experiences in the past with other providers and eye exams. This was quite the opposite !?? Dr Prasad was exceptional ! (I have very dry eyes which make it difficult to focus when an exam is done quickly) she did not rush through the exam, she was professional, patient and respectful. Which made me feel confident I will get a prescription that will help me see better. Thank you!??

She was very rude and incompetent. I will now have to spend money to be reseen by a competent provider elsewhere.
