Dr. Nita S Gandhi

They would make appointments and expect me to show up without me calling to make the appointment myself and then would blame me for missing the appointments when I never made them in the first place. Then they said I was non-compliant because of it. I have 8 children that were going there and my husband works so I have to make my own appointments when I’m able to come in. They said my insurance would be cancelled if I didn’t go when they told me to go which was a total lie.

The only reason I've kept bringing my children to this doctor for years is because of the student doctors and PA's the office has rotated through and they were awesome. We hardly ever had to deal with Dr. Ganghi, but when we did it was always horrible. The office staff has always been unprofessional and incompetent as well.

The receptionist who answers phone is very unprofessional and rude. I requested for manager, which is Dr. Nita Gandhi, who turned out to be an even more unbefitting. When I try to explain the issue I had encounter with one of her staff members, Gandhi immediately became subjective to her staff actions and insinuated that I was the problem. I never recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Gandhi is a very good doctor, I always felt confident with her diagnosis. We had to unfortunately switch pediatricians due to moving.

I have been seeing this dr for 3 yrs since we moved in here but she never showd any extra attention to my daughter.2 to 3 times when my daughter was sick ,i called her and she wanted to see her but after one days when appointment was available and in mean time she told me to give my daughter mortrin while my daughter was having high grade fever.Her wait time is always more than an hour and if you go late 15 min they will cancel your appointment or showed attitude.I really do not recommend this dr to anyone.

Very nice doctor but the wait time was pretty long and the waiting area was pretty small. The inside rooms were comfortable and the staff is very courteous.
