Dr Nitasha Burney

My husband and I had been patients in this office for over 10 years. Recently, I had the misfortune of having an appointment with Dr. Burney and to make a long story short, my appointment with Dr. Burney was horrible that my husband and I ended our relationship with this practice. I’m so relieved to have a competent Dr. now that is able to treat me like the human being I am and answer all my questions about my medications. Dr. Burney’s handling of my situation was horrific. I can’t give details as to the personal nature of the situation. Needless to say, Dr. Burney was the worst Dr. Appointment I ever had and I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone. She instructed me to take medication I was already taking, and never asked me what I was currently taking. This weekI had a new patient exam with Dr. Burney and she met my expectations. I came prepared and had a list of any concerns I had and she listened and made me feel heard. She was careful to ensure that she answered all my questions and ensure I didn’t leave with any lingering ones. Finding a PCP that you trust is difficult and at 31 it was time lol. Looking forward to a continued relationship as my doctor.

I’ve been going to adr Burney for many years. Not a single complaint.

I have been a patient of DR. Burney for five years and have never had a bad experience with her or her staff. I have called numerous times for an appointment outside of my scheduled appointments and have always gotten scheduled within a few days. She spends more than enough time with me and always willing to listen to my recommendations as to my health and if she agrees with me after research she follows up on it. Dr. Burney an excellent physician with a wonderful patient doctor manner. Her staff Iris, Dana, and Mia are professionals and extremely patient friendly. My referrals are done immediately and sometimes within five minutes of my calling. Helen the rest of the nurse staff is just as wonderful and never fail to return my calls.

I have always had a good experience and am so impressed with the use of the patient plan...it helps me to keep track and it has all the info I need to share with my family. I feel like I am the most important patient when I visit. they are most helpful in insuring I can take advantage of any manufacturers coupons for any medicines I may need. I get courtesy reminders for my appts. I enjoy being a patient of Dr. Burney's I am confident I will be cared for with the upmost professionalism and dignity.

Over the years this practice has been declining. The doctor is never available, she do not espond to e-mails or phone calls. The reseptionist told me per Dr.Burney we will call back a patient in 48 hrs. God forbid you have an emergency. The three times I visited I waited at least 2 hours to see anyone and that was with appointment. Needless to say that was my last time visiting this healthcare center.Also Dr. Burney has proven to be careless on two occasions.

Dr. Burney is a caring and compassionate doctor. She is very thorough. I really enjoyed my first visit and will definitely return!

Dr. Burnery is awesome! She not only takes time to speak with you, but she even asked me to come and sit next to her so that we could talk. She's really caring, very kind, and extremely knowledgeable! What more could a patient ask for? She will be my PCP for as long as I need one (*FOREVER)!

She is an amazing doctor!!!!
