Dr. Niti Bhalla Carlson, MD

Only giving 1 star due to her excellent nursing staff. Dr. Carlson however, is awful. She actually shamed me for not having medical procedure taken care earlier, when it was her office that canceled my first appointment for the procedure, and they rescheduled so far out. Furthermore, when I expressed my frustration for being left in a room for almost an hour, after her office asked me to come in 2.5 hours earlier for my scheduled appointment, she informed me that I was a "self entitled patient" and "sometimes things aren't about me" furthermore stating I could find a new doctor. During this tirade she informed me that her dad had just died. I suggested to her staff that she may have wanted to take the day off instead of taking her frustration out on a patient. I have never felt so attacked by a Doctor. She had zero bedside manner. I would not recommend.

The office staff were very friendly and the check- in process is quick and easy. I’m usually seen within 15 minutes of my arrival. Dr.Carlson & Grace her NP both have great bedside manners . I feel like I’m being heard and I’m cared for when I’m there. I have the upmost confidence in the care I receive and recommend them highly to anyone who are looking for a gynecologist.

I I love Dr. Carlson, she has an awesome bedside manner and listens to your needs and tries to help to the best of her ability. I would highly recommend her.

Not a patient friendly practice. On more than one occasion, I have waited at least an hour for the doctor to come in. This past time they required a urine sample. I have paruresis and the office refused a culposcopy/biopsy until I provided a sample (much stress!). I have been waiting for my results for over a week, though the office has the diagnostic results in already. This place is run more like a business and is not care-centered.

I absolutely loved everything about this doctor. She is very friendly, caring, and informative.
