Staff does not pay attention to details. Staff is not friendly. Most of the time there is no eye contact when you check in. Unfriendly office. Doctor is friendly enough but fails to give concrete advice, does not make changes to my meds even though being diabetic and having many low sugars in the middle of the night. He is an Endocrinologist and has checked my feet once in 15 years. I am DIABETIC. He tells me that he "thinks" I have Cushing Syndrome, but not sure. He has been saying this for two years. His practice was supposed to be dissolving and I never got a letter stating this. One of the unprofessional receptionists told me over the phone in a less than professional manner. My chart is intertwined with another patient's chart and St. V's billing dept and Vice President's office cannot seem to fix the problem. It has been over 6 months of me making call after call to get someone with a clue to fix it and have been unsuccessful. Steer very far away from this practice!!

He is the best. It can be difficult to schedule with him, but his Nurse Practitioner Sarah is wonderful. I am just as happy seeing her when i cannot get in to see him.
