Dr. Eskandar is a great doctor. He is very personable and explains things well. However, his office needs help with scheduling ; patients do not need to wait several hours to see him.

I waited an hour to see Dr. Eskander. I appreciated his bedside manner. He’s very knowledgeable. The appointment felt rushed. No suggestions for diet or nutritional advice shared though.

Long wait but worth it… very personal and attentive staff. Doctor is patient kind and informative and has an excellent “bed side” manner. He seems to really care about his patients.

I received a text from this hospital, which is odd, since the front desk staff knew I had to leave because I was waiting too long. This bot is asking me to rate my experience with the doctor. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and saw two people in the waiting area. Five minutes later, about ten people lined up, checked in with the nurse, and were escorted into the exam area one after another. After 30 minutes, my name still was not called, and the receptionist shared the news that this doctor sees patients on a first-come, first-served basis- which is totally perplexing since I was basically the first person in the lobby. She said there's a way for people to sign in before even arriving, and after I was ready to walk out (because I own a business and don't have time to wait), the nurse came out, called my name, but told me they don't guarantee that they would get me out in an hour, after I already waited 30 minutes. We are new to Savannah, and I'm not used to… "cattle-calling" medical facilities, and although I rescheduled for two weeks later, who knows if this doctor is experienced or qualified. The chatbot should not have reached out to me. If this facility's organization reflects the doctor, I will probably come only once and find a more patient-focused establishment that respects people's time.

The doctor took time to explain the test results and told me that we could wait 4 months for another visit and more tests.

The doctor is great, but I didn’t get to see him. I had to cancel after waiting an hour past my appointment time. I have a sick husband and I can’t be away that long. This is a chronic problem at Southcoast.
