She did not follow through on my invisalines. My teeth did not straighten out and she and her office totally ignore me. They would say that they would call me back with an update and not called. The only way for me to find out the progress was for me to follow up. I will have to seek legal representations to receive what I paid for.

They never follow up, you have to. They don't tell you when your work is back. They took so long on my work that my Invisalign case closed and I couldn't continue my Invisaligns after paying all of that money. The workers in the office smile in your face but don't do their work correctly. Lazy. I had an appointment at 8:00am one day and they had me and the hygienist waiting in the hallway for 8 minutes before they got there to open the door. Sometimes I would wait for 30mins before the dentist called me in. They are just sooo slow. The work is sloppy also. They leave glue between your teeth after setting the crowns.
