DO NOT GO TO HIM IF YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOUR EYE CONDITION! I have been a patient of Dr.Klein for 1.5 years. He was the first glaucoma doctor i have ever seen and at first, even though I did not think he was being thorough, or telling me exactly what was going on, I stuck with him. After 1.5 years of his vagueness, just seeing me, then telling me to come back in 3 months without telling me how my condition had or had not changed, refusing when i asked him to have a copy of my eye exam to show my mother (his response "why do you want that, is she a doctor?"), and not administering my eye exams correctly, I decided to change Doctor's. His response when I called up asking for my full medical history to show my doctor? You cannot collect full medical history for one month. Charming! His office staff are lovely, but I find this move quite spiteful, why not just let me take my medical history and move on? I was never rude or out of line to him or his staff. Now I will be… seeing my new Doctor with no medical history. Thanks for literally NOTHING, Dr.Klein.

Wow. I stopped expecting this type of service from doctors. His office was efficient and nice, Dr. Klein was professional, knowledgeable and really helped me with a problem no one else had ever explained to me.

I had seen another eye doctor before who failed to diagnose my dry eye problem.Dr Klein gave me a lot of information which really helped me be comfortable.

Completely unprofessional, uninformative and terrible bedside manor. Was prepared to refer services to multiple people, however after final visit, would NOT recommend.
