Dr. Noah A Levit, MD

Dr. Levit was my ER physician at Cottage Hospital several days ago when I had a severe GI problem combined with dehydration. He seemed to be the only ER doctor on duty, so I met first with a technician and a nurse, before Dr. Levit met me about 25 minutes later. (I waited more than an hour in the waiting area before being taken into the ER care center, when the technician and nursing visits began.) Dr. Levit listened carefully to my symptoms, was alert to my condition, described two possible interventions/tests that might be required, and scheduled these procedures after leaving my ER room. I was grateful for his understanding of my situation, and I was hoping to see him again before my discharge that same evening... but I assume he was terribly busy because my primary interaction was with a nurse, Wesley, who was also of great help during my ER stay. Because I did not have the chance to see Dr. Levit before leaving the ER, I would like to offer my sincere thanks at this time… -- the IV hydration was extremely helpful, and I appreciate his thorough coordination of my care. He was efficient and effective with my small toddler who needed stitches. My toddler was hysterical and he and his team were able to manage her pain and stitch her wound efficiently and with us parents right by her side. I have nothing but gratitude for he and the team
