Dr Noah Lawrence Rosen

Dr, Rosen is a great doctor although all his stuff is unprofessional. I'm under his care for 15 years. This time around i have waited 6 months for an appointment with his assistant Lisa. I was 20 min late & she refused to see me! I called the office manager that promised me a rush appointment with the doctor & a much needed refill for my medication. Turned out she did none of it. I called the office multiple times- since this medication is addictive & can't be stopped- no one called back or even refill it. Very frustrating, & unprofessional to say the least.

Dr. Rosen found a miracle in finding a migraine medication that works well for me. Prior to him, I spent years trying to find one that worked. However, if you ever need a refill on a medication from his office, forget it! I’m going on 3 weeks now and still don’t have the medicine in my hands. I call them repeatedly to check in and they keep marking it as urgent but I guess it doesn’t mean anything there. I had 10 days supply of medication and it took 14 days to go through to the correct pharmacy. It would have been slightly shorter if the doctor read the case notes and sent it to the correct pharmacy. It should only take a maximum of 3 days to refill a prescription. It took 14 days. Now that CVS has the order, they had to order it because it was out of stock and then my insurance needs an authorization from the doctor. CVS sent it to the doctor 2x but got a rejection response from their system. I asked if they ever received it and they said no so I’m guessing somethings wrong with… their technical system. I tried to tell them this but they didn’t seem to care. They said they’d urgently do the authorization today but I’m still waiting 2 business days later...I gave feedback that a precious insurance also asked for authorization for this medication because I don’t think it’s a very common one so maybe you guys should consider making the authorization for rare medicines part of the process. Rather than take the feedback, they just reminded me that I always have to call it in and reminded me to give them 5 days notice when my medicine is about to run out. I had 10 days supply so I don’t know why I was reminded of that. They’re not listening to my feedback and not fulfilling requests. I advise getting a new doctor if you plan on being on a medication. Also, I was very friendly and understanding at the beginning of this process. I even set up a telecommunications appointment to maintain our relationship long term. But as this experience kept getting more and more delayed I got very frustrated and thinking of canceling the apt if I can get into another neurologist office sooner. It took the office approx 2 weeks last year when I asked for a refill as well. Seems to be a common trend which just isn’t right. People rely on this medication and can’t stop taking it.

Excellent bedside manner!

I wish all doctors had his bedside manner. Tremendously kind and compassionate. Made an actual treatment plan. Explained things to me so I could understand why I had such strange symptoms. I finally feel normal!

Dr. Rosen is a very good doctor. He is pleasant and very helpful. Unfortunately is office is horrendous. The people at the desk all seem to have an attitude problem. If you call to leave a message for the doctor to call you, forget it. They never give him the messages cause he claims he never gets them. They screw up appointments. They are just awful. And anytime you go to that office you have to wait for an hour before you see the doctor. Why is this??

Dr Rosen is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and kind. He is more then up to date on all current treatments of headache conditions and he attends all conferences regarding the disease. He is extremely patient and respectful. He is never condescending and you never feel rushed out of his office.

Dr. Rosen is a wonderful headache doctor. He is always trying new approaches to my problems. He is very patient and always listens to what I have to say

Worst experiece... can never speak to the dr....only assistant with a call back hours later, by his rookie, who could never give you an answer and had a poor attitude when speaking to you. Really poor relations with patients....I tried his different meds, they each did not agree with me making me worse.....so they got annoyed with me and gave up speaking to me. Would Never go back! Iii

An excellent physician and diagnostician.

Dr. Rosen is amazing. He is professional and very knowledgeable about Migraine headaches.
