A "know it all" doctor who is rushed, impatient, doesn't listen, and can miss obvious important medical issues.

Dr. Silver was my Primary Care Physician for a year and a half. The first couple visits I thought he was an okay doctor. But I soon recognized that if you had any real medical issues, or needed more than 10 minutes of appointment time, he was arrogant, dismissive and rude. He ends appointments abruptly and doesn’t listen to his patients and misses the obvious when it come to his patients’ health. His real job is administration for the family practice department at Kaiser Capital Hill, leaving him little time for actually caring for his patients.

Dr. Silver is a wonderful physician. He listens, he takes what you say seriously, he is thorough and has a sincere bedside manner. I feel very blessed to have him as our family physician.
