Dr. Noam Kranz

I have tried quite a few dentist before trying Dr. Kranz and I am very happy with him. He is kind, patient and professional. He has a state-of-the art office with a video option for kids while he's working. My kids are not afraid to go to the dentist and actually enjoy the visits. I have been using him for a few years and have never had any problems with his dental work. He is also not out to find cavities like other dentists I've visited. I would recommend him highly.

beautiful office, very pleasant doctor, very good dental hygienist Tanya, but had a terrible experience with the office manager/receptionist: did not call my insurance to check the preapproval dates as she said she would, lied about not getting thru to my insurance, as the result insurance declined, which wouldn't be the case if she checked because the following week my insurance would have approved(the appt was not an emergency, it was checkup/cleaning appt, and the following week would have been fine), lied about me requesting the specific date , was very rude and instead of apologizing blamed it all on me; if that would not be enough, when i tried to call trying to speak to a doctor, screamed and hang up at me few times... it is such a shame, because would have loved to make this doctor and the hygienist my permanent place would have loved to give this dentist five star ...
