Dr. Noel G Delmundo, MD

I was pregnant and had obvious concerns about my health. My ultrasound from truxtun radiology showed red flags but they were never addressed until the very end. I’d call and tell dr that I was very swollen and tired. He’d snap back at me to stop eating fast foods we had never had a conversation about my eating habits so he just assumed. I had to go to a different hospital than his SW one. There I was admitted for high BP, breech, and anemia. Things he never addressed which were an obvious issue when I’d have my visits. Then comes billing a month after my baby was born. Things I had already paid for. I have a new baby I don’t have time to look for receipts. They bank on that knowing this and moms just want to get it out of the way will pay. He was too focused on what to order to be able to bill my insurance. This was made obvious by the updated bills i received months later which added charges to previously billed visits.

I recently switched to dr. Del Mundo as my doctor is leaving, and I am very happy with him. The amount of information he gives, questions he asks, options he presents, time he spends, etc are all fantastic. As someone with a lot of health issues (including endometriosis, infertility, breast cysts) and who also had a bad experience with another doctor at SDMG several years ago, finding a good doctor is very important to me and I have complete peace of mind with Dr. Del Mundo. I left my appointment today telling myself that if we were able to become pregnant, there is no doubt that I would want Dr. Del Mundo in the delivery room.

I have been going to Dr. Del Mundos office for a couple of years now. I had a billing issue which supposedly left me with an ousts ibf blanace of $100 and was told that I couldn’t even make an appointment until it was paid (I was told it was sent to collections). Anyhow Dr. Del Munro told be himself that he is not under the impression that his Billing department is turning away and refusing his patients care for outstanding balances and asked that I get my concerns to him if it happened again well it did. Their business practice is if you have an outstanding blanace you can’t even make an appointment. I thought as a Dr. they took an oath to put their patients care first and not the money! DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU ITS ABOUT THE MONEY AT THE END OF THE DAY!! I spoke to Peg ( the director of operations) today and she stated that they would rather lose you as a patient for an outtanding bill!! I don’t even believe that Inowe anything and will be refuting it and… will be finding me anothe OBGYN! I have and never will go or have a Dr. who refuses services to me because of a billing error going on in his billing department!!

dr del mundo is my hero my angel went to mercy hospital emergency on jan 25 not knowing how sick I was I needed surgery I had poison in my stomach I was in a coma for 9 days after surgery because the pain was so bad thank you so much doctor you are my hero I will never forget you

I'm certainly no rookie to visits to the gynecologist, but this was the most PAINFUL exam I've ever had. I will never return. I only wish I would have stopped the exam.

Dr. Del Mundo is the best Dr. I have EVER, seen in my life!!!! He truly cares about your health!!!!! He is very professional!! Me and my daughter, are patient's...and wish tha Dr. Del Mundo, could b are Primary Dr!!!! Thank You Dr. Del Mundo!!!!!!
