de de silva didn't listen to me. he insisted i have a test i kept telling him i cant do any more. he never listened.

I was a patient of Island Gastroenterology Consultants for a couple of years. The office staff was always difficult and you usually had to wait. I came to the point I needed a colonoscopy, which I need on a regular basis. After having the colonoscopy, I was informed by Dr. D'Silva that the results of the procedure were lost. I have a medical condition and this is not acceptable. The doctor did accept and receive payment for the procedure from my medical insurance. Dr. D'Silva offered no way to correct his office's ineptitude and told me over the phone that I was probably alright. Ridiculous. I left the practice for another more responsible doctor.

He was rude in person. He did NOT follow up on my test results, and he was very trite when it came to said test results after hunting him down for days. A complete waste of time. Extremely bad experience.
