Dr. Noel Phillips Fuller

I needed a root canal and just by chance I found Dr. Fuller. I did not want the typical young dentist with a beautiful office and high fees but I wanted someone that knows their stuff. I happened on Dr. Fuller in Rock hill which was a 45 minute ride from me but worth every minute. He is the only Dr that explained exactly what he was doing every step. Took a x ray with a tiny machine and no bib needed. He put a pain block in your mouth that was painless and took affect immediately. He even showed me the root he took out. He was very caring and triple checked his work on x ray to make sure it was perfect. He is a Christian man that knows his stuff and his fees were very, reasonable, His office is nothing fancy and a little dated but that makes him stand out among the rest. When I was finished as we chatted, I watched his nurse sterilizing everything, I was very impressed. You will not be disappointed.
