Noel is originally from Oregon and spent several years as a professional ballet dancer before choosing to pursue her Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon, majoring in human physiology. After this, she went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Pacific University. Noel works with a wide range of individuals experiencing orthopedic-related impairments and has a special interest in helping people dealing with dizziness, balance impairments, and vestibular disorders.
