Took my elderly Mother to this so called Dr because her PCP referred her...Poor communication...idiotic bedside manner......kept asking her over and over "whats the problem" I bet she, along with me, told him at least 6 times what the problem was...he asked me what I thought was wrong...I told him that he was the Doctor that's why she was sent to you !....Imbecile !! Didn't even take her to an exam room...came out in the lobby all dressed in PPE with a pointer in his hand...never once touched or examined her....Needless to say we walked out.... Do not waste your time !!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Reloj’s for 15 years. I have found him to be very caring & Knowledgeable. I feel he goes out of his way to make sure you’re getting the best of care for your problems. Barbara Davidson

After reading this drs reviews I will not make the appt I desperately need .. rude , disrespect , and pt , dr interaction and minimal time allotted don’t work as a professional place to be seen .

Dr Reloj was the first doctor to actually sit down and listen to every single thing that is going on with me. He even admitted that my symptoms are so complex that he isn't sure what it is, which I prefer over him just slapping a diagnosis on it and sending me home with pills. He ran a slew of tests that other doctors later commented on how impressed they were that he ran them. I went from not even being able to get out of bed to having some quality of life back all because of Dr Reloj.

First of off let's just say I paid the copay that was expected. Even though we wait a total of 2-3 hours every time I go to this office just to get back there for a 5 minute talk if it's that all he does is write a prescription. Later not only do I find out that now they want a total of $75 for one visit that lasted 5 minutes if that but yet they charged insurance also. Pitiful also had a family member that they tried to charge twice the wife did anyways. All they worried about is money nuthing else. I be darn if I pay a $75 + dollars at all for a doctor visit i wait 3 hours for every time for them to speak with me for 5 minute on nuthing. All future appointments canceled as well.

He was very rude and a smart aleck he would not let me finish a sentence and didn't even look at my medical records that I brought in, since they couldn't even find "ME" He kept asking me what was I doing there? Like I had nothing wrong. I have a brain tumor and it is something very scary for me. He put my primary doctors treatment down. I think he saw that the VA was going to only pay for 3 visits, so he didn't want to fool with me. I felt discriminated against. His staff also wants you to sign a paper giving him power of attorney of any social security benefits that you might receive if VA did not pay. I have NEVER had a doctor have me sign something like that! Needless to say, I reported the incident to VA and they are taking him off of their list.

If I could rate this a zero I would!! Absolutely the most rude and unprofessional doctor I have ever seen!! He wrote in my chart what all he done to me during the exam...what exam?? He didn't do an exam!! Like I said I would give him a zero if I could absolute worse doctor I have ever seen.

Dr. Reloj, Sr. and I had a rocky Doctor-Patient relationship. The meds he was prescribing were not helping to curb my migraines. He took the dosages up to the highest levels possible - they didn't even put a dent in the mount of migraines I was having a month. He does talk in circles, often repeating the same question by rephrasing it. He also loves to stare at the COW (Computer on Wheels) while speaking to patients. I am very hard of hearing so when he mumbled I had no idea what he was saying. I was his patient only for a short while. We both agreed, since there was nothing else he could try that wouldn't interfere with my other medications, we would part ways. He supplied the name of a new neurologist who read my record and felt the best place for me was a headache clinic. I do thank Dr. Reloj, Sr., for his honesty in dealing with my migraines. If you can handle an abrupt doctor, Dr. Reloj, Sr., is just who you need.
