Dr. Noelle Elizabeth Bach Halloin, MD

My husband and I brought in our newborn to the fairfax location because it was recommended by a friend. We did not request a specific doctor. The office staff was very warm, friendly, and helpful. The nurse was also very nice. Unfortunately Dr Bach was quite the contrary. As she was great with our newborn, she was extremely cold & condescending with my husband and me. We were uncomfortable the entire time and made attempts to shatter the awkwardness that exuded from her but it did not help. As we will be returning to the group, when I called to schedule my son's weigh in I did request a different doctor that we were specifically recommended. I also informed the receptionist that we were very unhappy with Dr Bach and refuse to see her again. It's unfortunate to be compelled to write such a harsh review but we believe that choosing a pediatrician to care for your child should be a warm and pleasant experience and you should not leave the office with such a negative experience on behalf… of the doctor.
