She saw a spot In my lungs in 2015 and never brought it up to me ( I'm a breast cancer survivor), fast forward to the present, year 2020 and that spot turns out to be metastatic cancer. Stage 4!! I only found out about it because I was feeling ill and had fainted, from there appointments were made to see what was going on. Had she told me when she found the spot 5 years ago and kept an eye on it and at some point had a biopsy taken I could have had this taken care of a long time ago. I'm not saying that she isn't a good doctor but had she been more attentive my situation wouldn't be as bad as it is currently. I'm not just a number, I'm human, I deserved better care.

I have been seeing Dr. Franklin for nine yrs. I have never seen her over-prescribe medication or push opiads. She always referred to a specialist if she had any questions concerning your health.

Dr. Franklyn has been my Primary Care Physician for about ten years now. She has caught things that the ER (Sherman Campus) missed, and has sent me to several Specialists over the years. She listens to you, hears you and follows up with a course of action. Some patients need more time with her than others, and that is understandable. I have to add that with all of the changes "MERCY INC." has bestowed upon their physicians (i.e. 3 patients per 15 minutes), it has tied her hands as well as many others as far as the level of care/time recieved per patient and that is sad. Bet they won't even post this review in full.

After going to Dr. Franklyn for many years I have viewed her with the following traits....she is extremely intelligent, kind & caring, really listens to you, notified me that I had 5 broken ribs and pneumonia that a Med Center totally missed...she truly cares like no other doctor I ever had in my longevity of life....
