I recommend Dr. Sherber and her practice with the greatest enthusiasm. She is a skin genius: the first dermatologist able to “fix” extremely stubborn acne and inflammation, with which I’ve battled for 45 years. It took her unbeatable combination of creativity, analytical skills, up-to-the-minute understanding of research, passion, and sheer determination, to solve the puzzle — and leave me with the best skin I’ve had in many years. I am truly grateful for her care, and for her caring, personable and sweet demeanor and her lovely bedside manner. I truly cannot recommend any dermatologist more so than I do Dr Noëlle Sherber of Sherber and Rad. I started seeing Dr Sherber about a year ago after I realized that years of basking in the glory of the sun sans sunscreen or hats had indeed taken a toll. Over the last couple of years unsightly sun spots and general skin tone issues began to emerge, and nothing I did seemed to help. I researched well-regarded dermatologists in the area and Dr Sherber kept coming to my attention. I had done my due diligence and knew Dr Sherber was extraordinarily well-educated, but her kindness, empathy and compassion (almost) trump her intellect and talent. I have been undergoing treatment for my hyperpigmentation with Dr Sherber using the Clear and Brilliant laser. Between the laser and Dr Sherber overhauling my previous skincare routine (of course, kindly and only after I asked as Dr Sherber does not sell you on anything not asked about, needed or proven to be effective) my skin has literally never… looked better. I am floored by the dramatic improvements I have seen over the last year. But moreover, I simply look forward to seeing Dr Sherber as she takes such a genuine interest in the lives of her patients. Dr Sherber always displays such kindness and compassion that can be a challenge to find in doctors of her caliber. If ever a loved one needed a dermatologist for any reason, Dr Sherber is the person I would chose, no question. Between Dr Sherber herself, her nurse, Eagon, and the front office staff (Georgeanne, Leslie and Allison are three of the most polished and professional people you will ever have the good fortune to meet) I sincerely look forward to my appointments. Dr. Sherber has transformed not only my skin itself, but also my understanding of skin and how different products applied to skin work and/or don't work. She is extremely knowledgeable about her profession, and I've learned a lot from being a patient of hers. She is hands down the best dermatologist I've ever had. I'd recommend her to anyone!

I had been to several different dermatologists all over DC on a persistent skin issue I have been having for years. I felt immediately better after visiting Dr. Sherber and hear team. They take a holistic approach to treatment. It's not all about meds with them. They use prescriptions in combination with great skin products and they teach you how to take better care of your skin. And my issue has finally cleared after years. They're also extremely accommodating with last minute or urgent appointments. All in all the staff are probably the best I've seen ever in a medial practice...from the front office/retail staff to the medical staff...A+++!!!

Having been in a position to watch the brilliant, creative, and very caring child Noelle grow into the highly accomplished Dr. Sherber, when she opened her private practice, I enthusiastically became her patient. Each visit is a pleasure. Her staff is welcoming, friendly, and professional. Dr. Sherber always allows plenty of time for conversation. She listens carefully to my concerns and questions and explains procedures and her recommendations clearly in an effort to educate me and to be sure that she and I are in agreement about goals and expectations. Recently I was unsure about a particular treatment but still anxious to find a solution. She carefully explained exactly what she would do and what I could expect in coming days. She warned me to not expect the perfect result until 5 days had passed. I agreed to the treatment. The following 5 days unfolded exactly as she had described and by day 6 I was thrilled that I had gone ahead with the repair. I have total, unqualified… faith in her medical skill and knowledge. I have recommended her without qualification to friends, many of who have become as devoted to her service as have I.

After suffering from adult acne well into my 30's, I thought I was going to have to live with this for the rest of my life. I had a dermatologist in DC who prescribed antibiotics and antibiotic cream. All I got was red, irritated skin. Enter Dr. Sherber who took one look at my face and stopped the antibiotics immediately. She took 45 minutes to talk to me: about products I use, my health history, my lifestyle, what I hoped to achieve, any concerns I had. She explained everything carefully and answered all my questions. She is very warm and easy to talk to, and so professional. I left feeling optimistic about my skin for the first time in my life. I have continued to see her and the difference in my skin is amazing. I also love her staff, as they are friendly, professional, and help you with anything you need.
