I’m a first time mom. It’s an amazing time in my life! I’m looking forward to seeing everything for my baby. The only downside is this office! They are extremely rude! They can’t follow basic commands either! They offered to call me back the next day to let me know when my appointment would be & I ended up waiting over a week. When I finally called to see what’s going on, they gave me a million excuses! They need better management. Desperately.

Worst gynecologist ever. Don’t trust her or her nurse with your newborn baby.

I was wondering why I was in so much pain... the doctor told me it’s nothing, it’s normal & it’ll go away. I found out from another doctor... this is never going to go away! I have a chronic condition! & her nurse had the nerve to tell me I don’t have a condition at all!

This so called "doctor" was the most rudest individual I've ever met. Went in for my daughter's 1st prenatal visit. Being that it's my 1st grandchild, it's the most exciting moment we can go thru. After being placed in the room, this lady walked in, sat herself in a chair, not even introducing herself nor congratulating my daughter/fiance/family. After starting to talk 100 mph, I interrupted and asked "excuse me, are you the doctor"? She said "yes", i said Oh, I'm her mother and introduced the other family members inside the room. Her response was "OK", very rude. At that time, I got that vibe feeling that for sure, she was NOT going to be taking care of my daughter throughout her pregnancy. I gave her the benefit of the doubt before walking out. She started reading a scripture of what or what not to do, reading it like as if she was in a rush. Couldn't understand one single thing that was coming out of her mouth. She then mentioned that my daughter had to take the "flu… shot", at that time, I interrupted her and said "is that mandatory" she said "yes" i said I don't think so and she won't be taking the flu shot as most of the times, we get the flu shot we end up getting the flu even worse. Well, at that time, she finally turned around and looked at me and started raising her voice and stating THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE, i said excuse me?? she said it's impossible to get the flu. I said NO, IT'S not, she said yes it is, this kept going back and forth between her and me. What type of a doctor fights with a family member about something like this. So unprofessional. I then told her, enough, that's besides the point, this is not ABOUT THE FLU, this is about my DAUGHTER. she then turned around continued 100 mph reading her essay and after a bit, asked my daughter, any questions. by that time my daughter was speechless. Not even an exam, not even prenatal vitamins, not even congratulations, not even nothing. this lady should not be PRACTICING, how can she bring a child into this world with this type of attitude and the way she presents herself. If she's not happy then she should not be laying a hand on mothers who are about to deliver. Being pregnant for the first time is an experience that should be well explored not a NIGHTMARE like what we went through. She made my daughter cry and left all of us shaking from anger. Believe me, I had plenty of words to exchange to this individual but decided I would be the better person. I guess she was in a RUSH to go eat or something because she rushed us out of there and said "hurry up, get out, get out" like as if we were animals. Later came to find out that she had tapped my daughter on her back while we were leaving and told her "You're going to take that flu shot" That was the first time and LAST TIME we will ever step foot into that place. No wonder there were no patients in that building. I see the real picture as to the treatment she has given to everyone. That is no way to treat a pregnant woman or any person. This should be your best experience in life. Thank GOD we found the BEST DOCTOR after we walked out of her office. A true, caring doctor who we have faith in and my daughter will have the best delivery ever. Someone needs to investigate NOEMI INFANTE because she should NOT be practicing. How would you like to be treated that way NOEMI? If you want to be a doctor, I recommend you get some training on HOW TO TREAT PATIENTS.

Dr. Infante provides substandard care. I'm uncertain that she is a Doctor judging from my experience. She will give you a once over, charge for any new test insurance will pay for, whether you need it or not, and on to the next patient. Cattle call. Additionally she is unkempt in personal appearance and appeared unclean on the day I went. Just stay away. Go to someone who at least tries to give a darn.

The receptionists (jenny) are extremely rude! They are very unorganized and very impatient. I dont understand how or why they still even have a job... also, Jenny, basically mocked me and belittled me; said if I couldn't afford the copay, then I couldn't afford to have my child.. as far as Dr. Infante, she's very profesional, great beautiful attitude, but unfortunately those front girls gotta go! Sad to say but, these girls are ruining her business and making her look horribly bad!

I have been a patient here for approx. 6 weeks, and been there twice, but had one visit, due to office errors. The front desk staff is unprofessional, I have waited 3 days to get a call back from the nurse, and getting in for an appointment is no less than 2 weeks wait time.

Unsatisified. Getting an appointment was a breeze. Was the Staff Courteous...no. They simply did a cold job, PERIOD. Bedside manner was Cold as stone. No information was provided for someone who was a first time Gyno visitor. I was just asked to open my legs, i was going to feel something uncomfortable and she kept rammbling off on information she needed to tell me slower. She was more busy discussing her personal life with her staff throughout the entire consultation. Which was were i draw the line and decided not to even bother asking her anything else. The staff spent most of there time discussing her life at time of dismissal as well. Absolutely no information was provided for me even after i clearly indicated I would want to start planning for family soon. The best advise given to me was the exact same advice given to me by my closest friend...buy prenatal vitamins. You be the judge.

after almost 2 years after my "wellness" services were completed, this doctors office the women's health specialist ipa in harlingen texas send a collection agency after me my having some person named mrs ramos at 956 541 1067 out of nowhre calls me and identifies herself as just mrs ramos and for me to pay her outstanding bills on this offices behalf. yeah right? I called my insurance company UHC to advise of this issue.
