Dr. Nojan Valadi, MD

During a very scary time in my life, Dr. Valadi was one of the most patient, easy to talk to, easy to understand doctors that I have encountered. He was so nice and comforting....I knew that I was a priority to him. While making rounds and checking on me during my hospital stay, he even pushed my food tray up and helped me to get situated to eat....yes...it was a small thing but it said and meant alot. He diagnosed me quickly....it was a rare disorder. I thank God for working thru him.

Saw Valadi as the on call Dr at St Francis. He issued orders for test and then his office refused to schedule an appointment citing the Dr isn’t taking new patients.

Not sure why vitals.com allows people with poor grammar, who just want to slander good physicians post comments on here, and then just copy and paste their review into another review. He is a great physician, who diligently investigated the cause of my problem and helped me and my family.

He may be a great doctor in many eyes, but he did not find a cause for my pain. Moreover, my appointment experience was always unpleasant and unprofessional. He didn't want you to talk about your pain problems which I found that to be very rude. This happened at all my appointments. He often cut my conversation off while in the room. He didn't seem to believe my pain issues during his exam. What big waste of my insurance money and time! Front desk Staff really took care of me.

I have seen multiple neurologists for my migraines and seizures across the state, including at Emory, MCG in Augusta, a neurology practice in Macon, and several of the individual neurologists in Columbus. After having gone through a laundry list of medications and different approaches to control my ailments, despite a complex regimen of therapies, nothing seemed to work. Dr. Valadi helped simplify my medication regimen, and with a multifaceted approach that addressed my personal and psychosocial factors, helped control my migraines and seizures better than any other physician I have ever seen. He take his time and actually listens to you and your family. He really cares about you and your family. He and his staff call you and follow up with you to make sure you are doing well, to give you results, and to make sure you know when your follow-up appointment is. They go way beyond what I would expect of my physician or their practice. He returns my calls promptly when I have a… question and is always very professional and personable. I highly recommend him to anyone wishing to see a neurologist.

Dr. Valadi is an awesome doctor. He diagnosed me with MS in 2010 and has overseen my care ever since. He treats all aspects of my MS. He also wanted me to consult with an MS specialist, one of the best MS specialists in the country and when we went to see him, he said that Dr. Valadi was doing everything he would do. Dr. Valadi told my wife and I the first time we saw him that there are resources out there and to use our resources to better help manage my MS. Columbus is so lucky to have a neurologist of his caliber, he is a brilliant doctor, and even though he is so smart, he still doesn't mind bringing in other doctors if he thinks it will help his patients. He is simply amazing.

Brilliant, nice looking, professional and compassionate. I would pay cash to see him if I had to. The best neurologist in Columbus, and the only one to help stop my seizures and headache. I highly recommend him.
