Dr. Bunney is a very caring and down to earth person. Never rushes you or looks at his wristwatch. You can look all you care to. You won't find a better doctor.

Went in for an infected finger. Less time sitting than the ER on a Tuesday afternoon. My GP didn't have an opening until next Friday. Took care of what needed to be done. It was relatively fast considering it's a walk in only clinic. No appointments taken.

If you want a long wait even after your appointment time, this is the doctor for you. Been coming here for years, now his son handles a lot of the cases. You have to go back every single month for refills, he won’t write more than one months worth to ensure you’re paying for another office visit. I’m a nurse, and one of his nurses came in to take my BP (they don’t have electric BP cuffs, it’s VERY old school). Anyway, she said it was high and the Dr. wanted to put me on a high blood pressure med, so I retook it myself, and it was completely fine. The girl was obviously poorly trained. My grandma went there with severe pain. Dr. Bunney sent her home and said it was gas. On the way home, she got worse so I took her to the ER. They did a surgery assuming it was her appendix, and it had floated to her backs her abdomen was filled with gang green. She almost died. Needless to say, we never went back.

Dr. Bunney is the absolute best doctor in terms of diagnosing in addition to his gentle kind manner. I was blessed over two decades ago to coincidentally stop by his office when I lived in Troy. He has NEVER failed to help me and, unlike other doctors, answers calls after hours and genuinely cares about his patients. The office staff is phenomenal! Dr. Bunney is loved!!!

Dr. Bunney was the best primary physician I have ever had. Unfortunately I moved 200 miles away from Troy, Michigan, where his office is located, but had so much confidence in him I elected to commute to continue our relationship for an additional 15 years after I moved. At my advanced age I decided a local person would be a more realistic approach to my medical needs but Dr. Bunney is impossible to replace. My present physician is probably as medically knowledgeable but he uses appointments instead of the walk-in procedure with Dr. Bunney and an appointment I asked for yesterday is not available until a wait of 4 months! This hardly represents reasonable patient care. I actually considered reinstituting my commute to Troy but realized it was probably not a solution that was practical. Dr. Bunney is the essence of a caring health care provider.

There are good and bad things about Dr. Bunney. Most of the patients that are seen like the idea that his office is walk-in. The bad thing is that he sees to many patients, never likes to relax for a second and is just in it for the money. He always wants his patients to come in more often then all of the other doctors in Michigan.

Dr. Bunney truly follows the Hippocratic Oath.t He works tirelessly and truly cares about his patients. Dr. Bunney has gone above and beyond the call of duty for me. After hours he returns calls almost immediately and, in addition to genuine kindness and concern for each of his patients, Dr. Bunney is an excellent diagnostician. In summary, on more than one occasion Dr. Bunney has kindly told me he would pray for me and I know that he did because I immediately began to feel better. Dr. Bunney is a prince, a mentsch, and we are blessed to have him in our lives.

No appointments are taken as this is first come first served but he is excellent

Going for 1.5 years. Horrible staff, terrible office management. Made same mistake on filing insurance claims 3 times. Blamed me. Blamed my insurance. Then tried to make me pay for an office visit for otc Flonase rx I had been prescribed 3 months ago. Just so I could file it for my health fund because it's over the counter now. They just want to rip you off and make you come in as much as possible.
