Most inconsiderate, incompetent doctor I've ever encountered. Highly unsatisfied with her skills.

Regarding the office staff, they are competent and always follow-up to check how things are going. It's easy to make appointments, get refills on prescriptions, and have copies of reports sent to other doctors if needed. Plus, you leave with one for your own records for each visit. Whenever we've had a question, we've gotten a response generally the same day depending on the situation. Because of her diligence, my cancer was caught early enough to be treated. She is also very patient with my â??orneryâ?? 92 yr old mother. You couldn't ask for a better primary care physician.

I called this office to request my medical records and Carrie from the office was rude and hung up on me. How rude! I am pretty sure you didnt spend all that money in Med school to learn to hang up on patients.
