I've never been more disgusted by a human being. Forgive me, but this guy makes me want to vomit.

Saw dr Torres a few time . Never had a dr who only gives a prescription for one month wants you to visit him to get refills one for a med I will be on the rest of my life. He also charged for a visit plus a consultation separate . Also to clean my ears on every visit . He’s only out for money . The staff is very nice though. Would not recommend him

Dr. Torres is caring, compassionate and thorough. Also, his office staff is very friendly and helpful.

I didn't feel rushed and Dr. Torres took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. Highly recommended.

Great guy, great staff, great experience.

does not grasp the importance of returning calls back to patients/customers and insurance companies. failed the class about customer comes first and that regardless he is providing a service. by the way one has to pay parking if you see Dr. Norberto

I made an appointment a week before of my appointment and theyCall me an hour before, telling me that the doctor had an emergency that all the appointments are cancel but I told them that a took a day off from work if they can do something about it and what if i make another appointment and the doctor has an emergency Again ? And the secretary told me that they can't do anything about it and if the doctor has an emergency that they would cancel the appointments againg . They don't follow policy or they don't have one . IM VERY disappointed
