clueless going for months dr linn didnt hear anything from first visit didnt know wife couldnt work because of pain coulnt drive because no range of motion exam consisted of taping my wife with stephscope and asking if it hurt did not know who we are or why we came pill pusher no bedside manner

This is the absolute worse doctor I have ever been to. Let’s start with the initial visit. This Dr. office is uneducated about how a doctors office is ran. Having a high deductible plan I always question the doctor office how much will this visit cost me? This office explained the initial fee would could cover my labs as well as the consultation fee. Wrong! After requesting payment upfront for the visit, I later received an additional lab bill. This office refused, and Dr. Linn refuses to take responsibility for the Misinformation and kept stringing me along, staying they would take care of the charges. FYI this never happens. in addition to their dishonestly, Dr. Linn has zero communication skills. When questioning the Dr, about your health she becomes frazzled and walks away leaving her office manager (who is not a dr) to come and answer your questions. I ended up seeing this doctor several times with no clue as to what was going on. Having an office manager speak to me about my… health is not the level of professionalism I was looking for. When I finally decided to discontinue seeing Dr. Linn, I requested a copy of my medical records and dr notes, the office manager said she would be sending the record. Guess what, the records never got sent. After several failed attempts with calls, I ended up having to go to the office in person and wait for copies. This doctor is not recommended. Highly unprofessional, dishonest, poorly managed and unorganized. Don’t waste your time or efforts, go find a real doctor.

This physician seems to be very unhappy, or is suffering from pain herself. If it wasn't so convenient for me , I would go elsewhere.

I believe Dr. Lin is a good doctor but I would have to agree with some of the other comments concerning her bedside manner. Its so abrupt that I stopped going to her. She really needs to work on this as she will continue to lose patients. I would consider returning to her if she made some changes.

I saw Dr. Linn for my Allergies and found her to be a very pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable caring physician.

I had an encounter with Dr. Lynn and found her to be extremely rude and abrupt!
