Dr. Norman King Beals III, MD

Have been taking my father to see Dr. Beals for some time now, he is VERY good but.. he is only in one day a week now in Seneca once in awhile 2 days. Hard to make an appointment if you want to see him. The receptionist's need to schedule people further apart too so you don't have to wait long. Changing doctors due to Dr. Beals only being in one day and having to wait to see him.

Very rude doctor and very judgemental

I have never been to a doctors office were they take so much time with you. I never will switch.

Worthless, absolutely worthless.

His office is asking patients if they own firearms or have them in their homes. WHY!?

Dr. Beals is a good physician, very nice and caring but also likes to make money. Some followup visits were not needed, a phone call would have been appropriate. Office staff is very poor. Very Rude receptionist on phone! A few of the front office staff would benefit from lessons in common courtesy. Confusion with appt, Lack of communication... FORGOTTEN in exam room, waited well over an hour in exam room due to assistant leaving for lunch but failing to notify someone that we still needed to be seen by physician.

Dr. Beals is the most down to earth and approachable doctor I have ever had. With that being said he is also very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Its evident that he really cares about people, and their health. I wish more doctors were like him.

All the Dr.'s there seem very good, sometimes there is confusion when returning and end up with someone different, but over all they have always treated me well. Getting an appointment makes it easier to be seen in reasonable time.
