Dr. Norman Charles Cottrill, DO

Never returning to this neglectful doctor. Went on Monday, with a sick baby. Tested negative for strep, not for flu, mono, or any other illness that could be making him so sick. Today, he Wouldn’t even see my (even sicker) baby, and he with swollen red tonsils, vomiting, fever... don't go there~ you will not get help!

After a very long wait, doctor Cottrill was more interested in his screen than my sick grandchildren. He had to be asked to even examine them. He was rude to us and especially snarky to my sick grandchild. He offered a popsicle to one and not the other, who does that? He did swab their sore throats, but did not look to even notice the white blisters and red swollen tonsils. The flu is raging, but no test was offered for that. I will never see him again, and will relate our horrible experience to others.

After a very long wait, The doctor came in and didn’t even look at us, he was more interested in typing on his little screen, then he was rude to myself and my sick grandchildren. He had to be asked to even look in the mouths of my sick grandchildren. Didn’t even check Their heart beat, or feel swollen glands. A rough throat swab, and a snarky remark to my oldest grandchild, and offered only one of the children a popsicle, while the other one was ignored~~who does that? We went home to treat them ourselves. Not returning!
