Dr. Norman James Frey III, DO

Very good listener, which is very important. Have a lot of confidence in him with helping me live a heathy life. I feel I can talk to him about anything and not be judged. His person who answers is phone need to be more compassionate to his patients and not be judge mental. That’s the only complaint is his one staff member. I would recommend highly recommended Dr. Frey to anyone. Very knowledgeable.

SO ARROGANT - BARELY GIVES YOU 5 MINUTES - TELLS YOU THAT YOUR SYMPTOMS ARE IMAGINED AND SENDS YOU ON YOUR WAY - AVOID THIS CONDESCENDING ARROGANT EGOMANIAC AT ALL COST - ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE - I PITY THE DAY HE NEEDS A PROFESSIONAL - HE SHOULD HAVE PAID ME - I HAVE MORE COMPASSION INTELLIGENCE AND INSIGHT - PLEASE DO THE POPULATION A FAVOR AND RETIRE

I have been going to this doctor with a great relationship until the last year. The problem isn't in the doctor or the part time nurse, the problem is the rest of staff & nurse. I've now sadly left the practice as I liked the D.O

Very comfortable going to him. Great listener and I feel I can tell him anything and he doesn’t judge, just wants to solve the problem.

My family have been patients of Dr. Frey’s office for 35 years. He and his staff have provided us with excellent care. They are very professional, friendly and compassionate. They have tended to all of our needs. If we have an unexpected illness or need medical care all we need to call the office and Dr. Frey will see us immediately. I highly recommended him. To the patient who was unsatisfied because of a problem with his prescriptions and Rite Aid then he needs to blame this on Rite Aid and their insurance company. Dr. Frey only writes the prescription he doesn’t fill them. I myself have had an increase on my co-pays but this has nothing to do with the doctor, it is the insurance company and Dr. Frey should not be penalized for this. I am completely satisfied with the services provided by the Doctor and his staff or I would not have been a patient for 35 years. Thank you Dr. Frey and Staff to the great care you have given my family and myself!

Doctor and Staff are so nice and make you feel at ease. Listens to your complaints and does not rush you.

He is a great doctor good listener, sharp mind, looks up information when needed. When interviewing with him he is thorough and will ask questions twice if needed. I would recommend him to anyone who asks me who is my doctor!

Dr. Frey treats me just fine. As I am a Senior he treats me with respect. I have know problem with his personality.
