Dr Norman Friedman of Akron Neurology is a great doctor! He and his staff including CNP Melissa are courteous and listen to concerns! Recently, I had my husband there and we were treated respectably!! Doesn’t mean they have all the answers, but do their best!

Shuttled off to nurse practitioner quickly. When make an appointment she was what you get. Was wholly incompetent and staff was rude and insisted on charging for specialist visit even received no such service!

Impressed with Dr Friedman as well as his staff as this was my first time visit. Treated me with respect and answered my questions as well as those of my wife relating to my condition. We were very pleased and have no problem going back to him again if necessary. A hearty thank-you to Dr Friedman and staff for caring!

I have gone to Friedman for almost 10 years. He is the doctor my other MDs go to for their families' medical needs. He is very good at difficult cases. One of my friends went to 2 other doctors over 12 years and did not solve her problems. However, Friedman attempt a new treatment and it worked. Every one that I have referred to them, felt the same. Karen is also outstanding!

Been a patient for over 20 years but the office staff is disorganized and even downright rude. They have scheduled me for appointments and then not canceled them when the doc wasn't there and have made mistakes with my insurance. Justin does not apologize or try to make things right. Dr. Friedman is nice enough but he doesn't seem to realize how incompetent his staff is. I have finally had enough and am switching to another doctor.

this doctor helped me with my migraine medicine. i uses to get 8 headacnes a month. now i get only 2 every 3 months. he is also very easy to deal with and he listens very well. if you are really sick... he returns your after 5 phone call in 5 minutes. his nurse prac. is very helpfulhe has been my doctor for about 10 years
