The office staff at the Greensburg location is the most incompetent staff I have ever dealt with. I had to call 4 times regarding an urgent urological issue before I got a response. Then, even though I was able to access the test results on Wednesday morning, there staff was not able to. Very incompetent and unreliable office staff!

Showed up 14 minutes late for my appointment only to find out that it had been canceled and I would have to reschedule. The receptionist or nurses said that the doctor would not take me and I would have to reschedule. I Stated that there were 2 people ahead of me who had earlier appointment times and was still waiting .would I not just fit in as normal or i would just go last. The answer was no. This made no sense. I still do not know in fact if it was the doctor or the people working in the office who make this distinction. The lady at the desk said the doctor. If so, this not my kind of doctor I want.

Dr. Gebrosky changed my life. He corrected a medical condition I had for years and I have never had a problem since 2010. He thoroughly explained everything and was very courteous.

This is one of excela healths finest. i had kidney stones, found when i went to the e,r within 12 hours he had me in surgery with stone pulverized. He didnt run unneeded tests,he put this patient first. Thank you Dr. Gebrosky.
