he just doesn't care, also straight up tells me he doesn't know how to treat my chronic insomnia, however if you don't pay him for recurring appointments of further worthless wastes of your time, he will make sure to cut you off your prescription.

Dr. Imes treated me for sleep apnea and only cared about selling me a CCAP machine and making money for his practice. Dr. Imes is rude and talks down to his patients and the office staff is also rude. The one bright spot is Dr. Imes nurse. Stay away from this practice as you can find more competent providers elsewhere.

I have a rare die disease called HHT, Dr. Imes treated my father that had HHT to sense it is Hereditary, which has 8 sections or more with each having atleast 10 sub-sections. He has spent his life learning more about the unknown where later generations like me now have a name for what I have and the latest techniques to make my life better while getting the best care I could ask for to try an stay one step ahead of the holes in my lungs. Yes now they use a cork-screw type item to seal off the holes, which use to be done with balloons (were extremely dangerous in the first 12 hours if they became dislodged and was only done in 2-3 places. Now there done in almost every state stopping my blood from entering my body unfiltered by my lungs and causing me a brain abscess. I'm thankful for Doctors like Dr. Imes helping people like me living longer and better life.

I found Dr Imes to be great however I recently lost my husband of 41 years. My memory gets away from me. His staff gave me a courtesy call and I told her I wouldn't be able to keep and needed to call and reschedule when I wasn't driving! The office actually called me back and we scheduled an appointment. Last Thursday (this is now Monday) I got a reminder while I was driving and because of my schedule not being an 8-5 job, I told the staff IF I couldn't keep it I would call back. I wrote on my day planner the date/and location but forgot the time. So this morning I phoned to get the time and a young lady told me I had no appointment and Dr. Imes wouldn't see me anymore because I had cancelled. I tried to tell her I got a call to confirm my scheduled appointment and had wrote the day down but not the time. She said in her words "Well I don't know I'm new so you will have to call your primary doctor". I asked for Connie the office manager but she wasn't in. My complaint is WHO… confirmed, they didn't know and I was made to feel like an idiot!!!!!!! This young lady needs some lessons on front desk, she didn't know how to handle the situation and admitted that she and the other girl had no idea who called me. If you don't know the answer, offer to get it and call the person back.... sort of a no brainer don't you think?

After seeing other doctors across the city Dr. Imes was the doctor who finally diagnosed my issues and is treating me correctly which has caused me too feel 100% better. You will not find a better doctor in his field. But I could not forget his nurse bonnie, she is also fabulous.
