Dr. Norman E Johnson III, MD

After a minute at Norman Johnson's office discussing X-rays,he started screaming at me claiming I interrupted him when I didn't. He actually walked in shaking and I was wondering what's the shaking about and will that affect the extraction. I later realized he walked in angry and found a reason to blame me. I then became quiet because I was so shocked and didn't know how to respond to a doctor screaming at me like that. That never happened in my life before for sure. Eventually he said why don't you leave so I left and I told him I was thinking about that myself. After I left he had the audacity to lie to my original dentist that recommended me to him and said that I was catatonic for 20 minutes and left on my own, a total fabrication. My original dentist was screaming at me why did you leave on your Owen!!!??? Nothing Johnson said was true. I was also probably in the office for 5 minutes ,not 20, so now my dentist thinks that I'm to blame, and of course he has to believe a fellow… colleague...

I’ve not came across such a ruthless, remorseless and erogant medical practitioner and dentist as Norman E. Johnson in my entire life. My 82 years old mother got her tooth extraction done and was given post op instructions to take antibiotics to start same day. Upon reaching home when I went to pharmacy, it was closed due to Jewish holiday for next two days. I immediately called the dentist 24/7 hotline and asked to send the prescription to CVS near her house but this inconsiderate and ruthless dentist simply said to his answering service to tell us to wait until next day and call the office and they may take care of the prescription!!!! What a horrible person and a health care provider he is that he did not even care that the patient is an 82 years old women with other health problems and she may be prone to get infection and need the antibiotic urgently. He did not want to be bothered and turned his face away form his responsibility. His answering service supervisor ‘Kim’ told us… that he said he can not be bothered to call again and he is not returning the calls, when he was ‘on call’ for that day for any issues to be addressed by the patients!!!!! I beware any patient out there do not even take your dog to him, he is not a normal human being!!

I came in early morning waited 4pm. Many times mentioned I needed to be premeditated office waited till 4pm to give antibiotic and waited till 5 to finally get injection. Mind you its on a record that I'm diabetic on insulin and havemt eaten and was feeling sick by 5pm Dr. Johnson went to put his legs up in the office for 45 minutes my numbness started to wear off. He walks in and starts tugging on my teeth surprised that I felt pain. On top of all starts yelling at me that's my fast metabolism eating up his meds and he can't Waite to get me out of the office. The nerve of him. This is after I heard a grown man crying from pain before . I bet his shot weared off before Dr. Johnson desided to waltz in! IThe most unprofessional, rude Demtost! disgusting assistants that keep dropping my succsion tube and I was choking on my blood. Instead of that b.., getting r Corrected all of a sudden I was blamed for her clumsiness. If I didn't wait all day and he didn't re injected I would have… left. But I am strongly considering to be seeking dissiplonery action against Dr.Johnson.

It wasn't as bad as I though it would be. Very calm, made you at ease
