Dr. Norman Jay Markus, MD

At first he seems very thorough, however the follow through with what he claims he can do is not there. We are not happy with the result of the procedure. He can be very rude on the phone. I think his age may play into this and it is time for him to retire. Would not recommend.

If you are looking for a well experienced plastic surgeon who listens intently to his patients wants and needs, Dr. Markus is the doctor you are looking for. I recently had a breast augmentation procedure. The whole process from the first time I consulted with him in his office was positive. I wanted to look natural after the procedure. Instead of trying to convince me to go big, he found the perfect size. He and his office staff explained all in great detail about the procedure, the risks, benefits, etc. They were not quick to ruch me out the door. They may sure every question was answered. In addition, the people at the hospital all respected him. YOu could tell how well liked he is.
