Dr. Radtke is the best! If it weren't for him, I would be blind by now. He is extremely conscientious, professional, and unquestionably knowledgable. He is immediately responsive if I have a problem with my sight and a solution has always been at hand.

He will over charge and does procedures and tests that are not necessary.

He did what needed to be done. He does not communicate with patients. Patients must ask for clarification and ask that procedures be explained. He does not like when you refuse procedures. Old school doctor; expects patients to follow what he says.
