It is easy to rate Dr. Taylor4+ he is a great doctor with personable and great bedside manners. However, he and all doctors as well as any business owner must ensure they are hiring professional, customer/client/patient oriented gatekeepers (nurses and staff) to interact with their patients who pay their salary. The frontline personnel serving as a mouthpiece fir the doctor, handling of scheduling or refusing to schedule emergency appointments ( which could result in the patient becoming more severely ill or even death) and their indifferent, non-empathetic behavior and temperament can make or break a "good" doctor's practice. I suggest the practice re-evaluate the nurses and staff professionalism, basic customer service and empathy skills. Seek getting them properly trained in those areas.
