Dr. Norman G Tubb, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Tubb for inside of 1 year. I have seen him 4-5 times as I am a heart patient and have various and sundry ailments that beset me. Dr. Tubb and his staff have been professional, compassionate and helpful with my issues. I never felt as though he was hurrying me or was disinterested in my reason for being there to see him. I find him to be authentic and the type of person i would like to have as a friend.

Overall Dr. Tubb is GREAT. He and his staff appear to be a family and work together smoothly. .Promptness, is an unfair word in a Doctors office. When you walk out of the exam room an feel "you are so pampered and the luckiest person alive", knowing that you brought up an Extra 10 questions about something else not mention at appointment time so who cares, right? Wrong! That counts against the next patient Promptness not to mention Dr. Tubbs schedule. So I give him 5 Stars for Promptness! Each an everyone is treated the same way with no complaints and a rumbling tummy due to missing lunch!

NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE DOCTORS AND NURSES MAY BE THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF HAS CAUSED ME TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER CLINIC. I CAN NO LONGER PUT UP WITH THEIR ATTITUDE AND GENERAL BAD PRACTICES AND HAVE TOLD DR. TUBB THAT I AM CHANGING HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS.

clinic personnel are really thoutless

I WAS DR. TUBB'S PATIENT WAY BACK IN HIS SPRINGDALE DAYS. WELL MAYBE NOT WAY BACK. I HAVE ALWAYS RESPECTED HIM. HE IS A GREAT DOCTOR. HIS SENSE OF HUMOR AND CHOICE OF STAFF MAKES HIM A-1 IN MY BOOK.

Depending on the time of your appointment, doors determine your wait time. I dint mind the wait so much, because Dr Tubb spends time with me as well. He answers all my questions, has a great need side manner. I have followed him from springdale to Bentonville, and then to Rogers. I don't want to see any other Dr until Dr Tubb retires. His nurses are great and personable and returns my phone calls.

Great doctor, terrible staff. It takes an act of god almost to get a prescription renewed and you should never, ever expect the nurse to return a phone call. Follow ups are rarely correct and Professionalism is NOT the office staffs motto or goal. Plan to wait, a long long time.
