Dr. Norris Donald Morrison, MD

I'm baffled by the comments here. I did not had a good experience with this Dr. Went there because he was all that was open during Covid. Wait times are long for your "appointment." I put that in quotes because I know that they "cattle call" people with appointments. Booking lots of people at the same time just to pad their books irregardless of your time. I actually had a front office staff member tell me that they book 8 am appointments for multiple people and the Dr. doesn't even arrive until 8:30! That's great customer service... Dr. Morrison is nice enough but from the moment he walks in the room you can just tell he's counting the seconds until he can walk out and into somebody else's room. I went there thinking that I had achilles tendonitis and he did not dissuade me from that belief so I ended up trying to treat that wrong for 6 months! Went back to get a referral for physical therapy and all of a sudden my diagnosis was different, now he says it's Plantar Fasciitis… (I did verify this with a competent Dr. later). Did not try to help cure my condition, just threw painkillers at me and sent me on my way, which is not what I wanted. Also, sent me to get an MRI, when an xray would have done the job just fine, just padding his bill again. Then, when he gets the results of the MRI he gives me my diagnosis in the most complicated language ever. You'd need a medical degree just to understand it. Of course it didn't help me to treat it at all. Overall, a terrible experience. If you are looking for a nice guy to spend maybe 5 minutes with you after a long wait in the lobby and your room then Dr. Morrison is the guy for you. If you want to get healed from someone who cares more about you than what kind of money that they can get out of you, look somewhere else.

Professional, caring, kind, & friendly. I have had many foot issues & surgeries over the years & her my favorite podiatrist by far.

I’ve had the pleasure of going to thus facility for over 14 years before Dr Norris took it over I must say it was good then. But since then it is Great Evette and Samantha and Dr Norris are professional and thorough I can’t see myself going anywhere else

t was a simple procedure, but huge to me. Dr. Norris and his staff were amazing. Truly grateful for the issue that brought me to these fine folks. They aced it! Thank you for allowing me to walk another day, this time without pain.

Asked mecthe same question 3 times. Then gave me "special shoes" & inserts that would take all my pain away...Not :(

Dr.Morrison, is one of the best doctors I’ve been to, he really cares about his patients and his staff are perfessional and friendly. I recommend him to people all the time. Thank you Dr.Morrison for making your patients feel welcome.??

Being a patient of Dr. Morrison changes you. I used to be afraid of Doctors because I could only imagine cold rooms and needles but, Dr. Morrison is completely different. He has a huge heart that makes him not care about anything else but his patients, and I believe that is something all doctors must have. He tries to make everybody feel welcome, he helps you with everything, and he is honestly a great energy to have by. Always inspiring people to be the best version of themselves and giving perfect advice. Having an ingrown toenail must have been a blessing because I would’ve never met such a wonderful doctor like Dr. Morrison.

Dr. Morrison is definitely one of the best high desert podiatrist. He's an amazing doctor his staff was on point I cannot say enough good things about this doctor and his staff I would recommend everybody to go to him over anyone else in the high desert!
