Dr. Norton Andrew Winer, MD

After being with Dr. Winer for 12 yrs, and after the firing of his office manager, dr hired a nurses aid who was less the knowledgeable. She screwed up my prescriptions, didn't call people to cancel appts during snowstorms and patients were upset. dr told me if I didnt like his office staff to find another Dr so I did. Its a sad state of affairs at Dr Winer office. less then an proffeaional environment.

WARNING: A true misogynist! Dismissed my chronic pain as hysteria and referred me for psychotherapy. A REAL doctor quickly identified the cause as an adverse reaction to prescribed medication.

I would not recommend this dr

He was pushy an didnt listen to a word I said! He made assumptions about things that I do and dont do and questioned chices I had made in the past reguarding other doctors! I would not send anyone to this neurologist

WANTED TO DO PROCEDURES OFTEN, WHICH WERE NOT COVERED BY MY INSURANCE.HAS HAWD INTERNS AND RESIDENTS SEE ME AND I HAD TO LISTEN TO OFFICE STAFF ORDERING CHINESE CALL IN LUNCHES, WHILE WAITING FOR OVER 1 HOUR. STAFF ASSISTANT NEVER TOOK ANY VITAL SIGNS OR ASKED ME HOW I FELT. NEVER SAW ANY STAFF AND DOCTOR SAY ME FOR LESS THAN 5 MINUTES AND I WAS UNABLE TO COVEY MY FEELINGS OR PROBLEMS TO HIM OR ANYONE.
