Dr. Norvin Perez, MD

He was the best doctor ever. I moved and can't find a better doctor anywhere compared to him.

Dr. Perez was abrupt during my general wellness visit. He frequently cut me off while I was speaking and made me feel like I was burdening him being there. I asked for a breast exam during the visit and was told I would be better off doing a breast exam myself. If you value a doctor who is emphatic, a good listener, and takes time to talk with their patients do not see Dr. Perez. The rest of the staff at the Urgent Care in Juneau were wonderful.

It’s the best urgent care and dr. that I’ve ever been to! Service and smiles were great, dr. Perez worked quickly to ease my pain of a ear infection while he addressed my other symptoms too. He was very kind and caring and treated me like family. On my way in and out the front office staff was awesome! Thank you dr Perez and staff for making my day better !!!

Bad attitude, judgmental, didn't care to listen to my symptoms, mocked me when I coughed, spent under 5 minutes with me and thanks to his misdiagnosis I ended up in the hospital.

My doctor could not see me for a week! I got an xray and antibiotics fairly fast. The doctor was understanding of my particular situation and helped me get the treatment I needed.

Dr and his staff were very rude and didnt know how to do Medical transportation.

When no other doctor in Juneau believed my medical problems, Dr. Perez was the only one to take me seriously and refer me to a specialist. I have been with him for a long time and would trust any family member of mine to his care.

Dangerous to be around this Doctor, He is not interested in the Patient, just his staff opinions and payments. Violates Medicare rules & laws.

it was a holiday and everywhere was closed. i waited 4 hours in the emergency room and left. i went to the urgent care and was helped with a smile and was out in less than an hour. I even got my antibioitcs from a machine in the waiting room! Cool!!
