I decided to make a review on this office because doctors on this office needs to find out that they are losing patients thanks to their front desk service. I been coming to this office because is been pretty reliable when you need appointment and have a sick kid at home until now this women at the front desk named Hailey or Bailey not sure, has little to no simpathy for sick kids and has an attitude like she runs the office also not professional at all. I came in having an appointment and when I get there she tells me I don't have one. I told her that my kid was at the ER the night before and I did had an appointment and I needed a doctor or at least a nurse practitioner to take a look at my kid and give him medication. Well she tells me they didn't had any openings that day and that she could give me an appointment 3 days from that day or the following week. (Every time I call this office I ALWAYS get appointment for next day) I told her if she could ask a doctor or nurse… practitioner to see my kid since he was at the ER the night before. I told her I will wait for her to ask. She send me to sit down for like an hour to tell me that they will not see my kid and that they say to schedule my kid for the following week. Which I hardly doubt she even ask. Because like I said Usually everybody else in this office is very helpful and usually reliable. I was there for over an hour and the waiting room at around 2:30pm was empty the whole time until I literally got tired of begging this woman that's when I only saw 2 people come in and they got called to the back not even like 2 minutes after getting there. Which showed Me that the office wasn't as busy as she was claiming and confirmed me that she didn't even ask If someone could see my kid. So finally I left the office very disappointed and decided to try to talk to someone on the sick side and well the girl over there said the will give me appointment for next day but didn't ask if they could see my kid either. I decided to not longer do business with this office thanks to this women. Your patients and frustrated parents with sick kids don't deserve to be treated like this. And well I want to mention the only downside other than the front desk women is their main entrance door. Is Super heavy and always closed if you are coming with a stroller and busy hands forget it you will be able to go in or out and no one will help you open it. I wish they will get it fixed one day or at least keep it open so parents don't struggle to open it so much.

I brought my 3 kids to see Dr Nauman after moving to Vegas last year. It was the best decision ever. I had a great experience at Advanced Pediatrics. The staff was very courteous, the doctor was very knowledgeable and reassuring. My kids liked the doctor and the office. We would recommend this office to anyone looking for a wholesome pediatric experience.

I'm so glad to have finally found a great pediatrician for my 2 kids in Vegas!

My daughter had cut open the end of her finger and her after hospital care was done by dr. Nauman. She took care of my baby and let us know everything we needed to and the babies finger is all better and shows no sign of scarring.

Fantastic experience, everyone should go to her.

I saw Dr. Nauman for my newborn. I found her very knowledgeable, gentle and kind with me and my baby. I am so happy I found her!

When I was searching for a pediatrician I found Dr. Nauman on Google. She has great reviews everywhere. So I went to see her for my daughter. I found Dr. Nauman to be better than any of the reviews. She is wonderful. I am so glad I found her.

I love Dr. Nauman. She is gentle and kind with my children and explains their condition really well. I would recommend everyone to go to her.

Took my daughter in for back pain severe enough she couldnt sleep through the night without taking her sisters Tylox. The office is understaffed, dirty & cluttered. The doctor asked me about her symptoms instead of talking directly to my daughter - the entire visit. She's almost 10 years old & can speak for herself better than me asking her the same question with the doc right there. After checking my daughter's back, but not checking her range of motion or asking what makes it better/worse, the doctor wanted a urine sample to check for a UTI even tho there were no symptoms. The doctor gave her alcohol prep pads to wipe with, which my daughter who didn't know better used one and cried from the pain. The doctor then tried to tell me that it was common to use them! She then proceeded to write me a script for antibiotics & sent urine to be cultured. She told me to just use bengay on my daughter's back - really! The labs came back with no UTI, of course.
